Logistics Coordinator
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the logistical operations with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. This position demands proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, update records, and minimize extra costs
- Communicate delivery statuses with internal teams and carriers promptly
- Monitor urgent loads and resolve any issues efficiently
- Generate and distribute reports regularly using TMS software
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- Preferably 1+ year of logistics experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
