Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the logistical operations with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. This position demands proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, update records, and minimize extra costs
  • Communicate delivery statuses with internal teams and carriers promptly
  • Monitor urgent loads and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Generate and distribute reports regularly using TMS software


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
  • Preferably 1+ year of logistics experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
