- 3+ years project leadership experience preferably in consumer or financial services
- 3+ years of experience working with various marketing technologies that may include marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo or similar), content management systems, customer data platforms, social media and email marketing as well as custom web applications. Must understand how these systems can work together to deliver personalized experiences.
- Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
- Ability to build project plans, assign tasks and hold team members accountable to delivering on time.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a high degree of risk, visibility and urgency within a functional area or at times spanning multiple areas or divisions.
