Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead a large matrixed organization across a complex portfolio of technical programs integrating and enforcing ITIL best practices.
• Responsible for using current information security technology disciplines and practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of corporate information assets in accordance with established standards and procedures. Develops and maintains knowledgebase on changing regulatory, threat, and technology landscapes to continually develop or maintain security policies and standards, and ensure compliance throughout the organization.
• Facilitates strategic planning and prioritization to successfully deliver multiple, complex Information Technology projects to meet the goals, values, and objectives of a diverse IT organization.
• Manages IT services throughout the entire service lifecycle.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI
• 12+ Years of experience in relevant experience implementing Information Technology Infrastructure Library best practices. Knowledgeable in DoD Enterprise services.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s or 8+ years with Master’s with relevant IT degree.
• Experience leading a large, technically complex organization
• Demonstrated success and experience managing contractors in a DoD environment, working with Military and civilian leadership, while obtaining mission success.
• Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary
• This position requires ITIL Expert or higher
• ITIL V4 obtained within 3 months of start
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading large, technical complex organization. Must have an in-depth understanding of advanced concepts and processes and experience applying these with little to no guidance. Must be able to provide guidance to others. Must be able to perform successfully in complex, unstructured situations.
• Demonstrated success and experience leading contractors in a DoD environment, working with Military and civilian leadership, while obtaining mission success and program profitability.
• Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements.
