Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality and production efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and perform minor repairs as needed
Follow safety and quality protocols to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality products
Document and report process data and equipment maintenance activities
collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
Assist in planning the movement and installation of exciting and new equipment
Assist in the layout & mechanical repairs of machines

Work Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree/certification considered a plus
Proven experience as a process technician or in a similar role

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures
