urban is hiring for one of New York's true Starchitect studios, offering an unmatched opportunity to work at the highest level of design. They are looking for an Architect + Project BIM Lead to join their growing studio, which current sits at c.60 in NYC, and around 130 worldwide.

This firm work all across the globe and over almost every typology of work - from cultural + institutional to commercial and mixed-use, infrastructure and stadia to luxury hospitality towers. They work from concept right the way through construction - and you would be involved at every stage on a project, seeing through your jobs to construction and potentially even being on-site during the process, wherever in the world that is.

You will be working on the design and delivery of two large projects - one hospitality and one residential - and also acting as Project BIM Lead for one of the jobs. The role will entail a variety of design, delivery and BIM duties on world class architecture, so will be both challenging and fulfilling professionally, and put a household name on your resume in the process.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working as a Project BIM Lead, a portfolio demonstrating medium + large-scale projects at CD or CA stages, and the ambition to join one of New York's finest design studios.

Salary $90,000-110,000 DOE
