As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Travel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients with their travel-related inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and general travel information
Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services according to their preferences and budget
Providing guidance and support to customers in navigating travel websites and online booking platforms
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
Educating customers on travel policies, procedures, and travel-related regulations
Collaborating with internal teams such as reservations, sales, and operations to address customer needs effectively
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Upselling additional services or travel packages to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue
Requirements:
