Director of Risk

JCW Group is currently working with an exciting and fast-moving auto-dealer lending firm to hire a Risk Director. This position will have multiple direct and indirect reports, with a high level of visibility into senior members of the firm. This is an on-site position based out of the firm’s Indianapolis office.

Responsibilities/Relevant Experience:

• Guide overall risk strategy of the firm
• Direct PNL related role, heavily involved in managing losses and focusing on direct impact
• Knowledge of risk management, consumer credit and/or auto dealership operations preferred
• Leadership skills required; significant room for growth potential
• Knowledge of auto dealership floor plans preferred

***This position can be worked remotely, with travel to the Indianapolis office required on an as needed basis***
