FX Trade Support Analyst

o support and secure the development of the various businesses and product lines, the Trade Support will cover the Fixed Income, Commodities and Treasury areas.

The FIC&T Trade Support team will cover the following activities: Foreign Exchange and provide back up as required for Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Treasury and Credit Trading.

The role of the Trade Support Analyst is to assist the traders and sales in their daily tasks, making sure the transactions are properly booked and reported. The Trade Support will also be the point of contact of support functions for any discrepancy in the processing of operations and will have the responsibility to resolve the issues on behalf of the F/O.

• Book and modify tickets in FO systems as needed
• Perform splits, allocations, NPV, unwinds of FX and IRS trades
• Assist in the onboarding of new Give Up client (DNM and paper execution of Designation Notices)
• Manual action in Traiana when necessary
• Process futures expirations
• Liaise with desk on NDF Cross positions
• Liaise with Client On-Boarding and Compliance for Third Party payments
• Coordinate Third Party Payments
• Update fixings in FO systems
• Communicate to the desks options expiry (IRD and FX Option desks)
• Control of potential trades requiring a Long Form Confirmation
• Monitor Fail queues and resolve trade feed issues with the IT team
• Provide assistance to traders and sales staff as needed
• Trade discrepancies resolution by coordinating with various groups globally and locally on behalf of FO
• Update metrics
• Client Servicing including assistance in the onboarding process of new client
• Ensure procedures are current and being followed, constantly using all resources available in creating an efficient control process which is both relevant and sensitive to the client and our business partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of Trade Support or Middle office experience
• Murex knowledge mandatory
• Traiana knowledge preferred
• Strong knowledge of the FX and fixed income markets, trade life cycle and settlement end-to-end flows for variety of fixed income products
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of Summit Application a plus
• Ability to effectively and promptly communicate with counterparties and trading desk
• SIE, Series 99 required (can be obtained after hire)

The salary range for this position will be between $95,000 - $110,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
