Los Angeles-based company is currently seeking a Human Resources Partner (HRBP). This

position is responsible for partnering with the VP of Human Resources and technology leaders in the

organization to achieve rapid growth and scalability. The HRBP will contribute to developing

portfolio-wide programs and practices involving talent development, talent acquisition and more. The

HRBP will work closely with the recruiting team and leaders to ensure critical openings are identified

and filled. This position will work collaboratively and cross functionally across multiple levels. This is

Responsibilities:

- Partner with our technology leaders on talent acquisition strategies, both internal and external.

Support leaders with career development planning to create more opportunities to promote from

within. Work with leaders and recruiters to identify and hire needed talent quickly and effectively

from external sources.

- Design, support, and implement organizational development plans and interventions which support

goals and objectives, such as performance and talent management, employee engagement,

communications, and training and development.

- Develop strategies for increasing employee productivity and retention.

- Identify key priorities and processes and provide proactive HR leadership necessary to advance

long-term HR & technology department initiatives.

- Develop change management strategies and plans to assist leadership with organizational change.

- Contribute to the development and lead the implementation of HR projects.

Skills and Experience Required:

- 7-10+ years of professional HR experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced,

rapidly growing and multi-state environment.

- Experience partnering with senior level leadership to develop and implement HR and OD programs that address business needs.

- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated track record of HR ownership and consistent delivery on commitments.

- Solid sense of accountability, sound personal judgment, and maturity.

- Superb interpersonal, influencing and oral and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and good reasoning abilities/common sense, combined with creativity and

flexibility to adjust to and effectively address rapidly changing business needs.

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and non-routine information in a professional manner.

- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle

multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staff at all levels.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) a

plus.
