We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Consultant at Montegallo, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our company's growing needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates at each stage of the process.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on market trends.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop job descriptions and recruitment plans.

Recruitment Metrics:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
