As a Recruitment Consultant at Montegallo, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our company's growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates at each stage of the process.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on market trends.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop job descriptions and recruitment plans.
Recruitment Metrics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
Compliance:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and company standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
