Apex Systems is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in the deployment of an SAP S/4 business transformation. The ideal candidate should have experience with system implementations. This individual should be highly motivated with excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills, and should enjoy working in a fast pace, high visibility and impact environment
Job Responsibilities
Deliver assigned projects following Symphony project management methodology or experience using any ERP implementation methodology
Coordinate, and actively participate in critical project phases, including Planning, Requirement, Design, Development, and Deployment.
Updating and managing project calendar
Managing the project status and coordinate the updates to regular project status reports amongst the deployment sites
Work with multiple functional areas and functions within the project to facilitate project tracking and reporting
RequirementsKnowledge and understanding of ERP system implementation methodology and expected tasks within each phase of the project
Proficient in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet and Azure DevOps
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting SAP or other ERP implementations
5+ years of project coordinator experience
