We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our experiential marketing campaigns and assisting members of the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable brand experiences, a background in marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. If you're a creative thinker with a knack for turning ideas into immersive experiences, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end event planning process, from ideation to execution, for both physical and virtual events
  • Conceptualize, plan, and support experiential marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and reinforce brand messaging
  • Provide on-site management during events to ensure a smooth and successful experience for attendees
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, sales, product development, and other departments to align experiential marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Ensure that experiential marketing campaigns complement and enhance other marketing initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business, or a related field desired but not required
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or related roles
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique and immersive experiences
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of current industry trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and creative with an attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment

Our targeted compensation rate for this part-time position based in Culver City, California, is $25/hr.

  • Part-time hours (10-15 hours per week) - hours will vary
  • Must be available on nights and weekends
  • The role is based in Culver City, CA, and is required to be in the office to collaborate with the broader company and talent
