We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our experiential marketing campaigns and assisting members of the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable brand experiences, a background in marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. If you're a creative thinker with a knack for turning ideas into immersive experiences, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end event planning process, from ideation to execution, for both physical and virtual events
Conceptualize, plan, and support experiential marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and reinforce brand messaging
Provide on-site management during events to ensure a smooth and successful experience for attendees
Collaborate with the marketing team, sales, product development, and other departments to align experiential marketing efforts with overall business goals
Ensure that experiential marketing campaigns complement and enhance other marketing initiatives
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business, or a related field desired but not required
6 months to 1 year of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or related roles
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
Strong project management and organizational skills
Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique and immersive experiences
Passion for gaming and understanding of current industry trends
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and creative with an attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
Our targeted compensation rate for this part-time position based in Culver City, California, is $25/hr.
Part-time hours (10-15 hours per week) - hours will vary
Must be available on nights and weekends
The role is based in Culver City, CA, and is required to be in the office to collaborate with the broader company and talent
