Baker Hughes is seeking to fill the position of Senior Customer Service Management Staff for our Bently Nevada business in the Gulf Sub-region of the US. The Bently Nevada Customer Service Manager role demonstrates financial accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

As a Senior Customer Service Management Staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the financial revenue forecasting and reporting of Services Sales and margin.
  • Delivering accurate results on the committed forecast.
  • Acting as P&L leader for the assigned sub-region.
  • Participating in developing and leading the execution of the Bently Nevada Services growth strategy taking into consideration services pricing, financials and operational excellence
  • Driving sub-region strategy for developing after sales market by promoting training, SSA, reactive, retrofits and Time & Material solutions
  • Working closely with regional sales leaders to ensure appropriate sales coverage and opportunities to achieve the services orders plan for the sub-region
  • Building successful long-term relationships with specific customers within the sub-region
  • Interfacing regularly with the Service Director to review the progress of regional growth initiatives and participate in the development of new service offerings
  • Collaborating with Fulfillment Manager, MDS Manager, SSA Leader and their respective teams to ensure and maintain excellent service delivery

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
  • 10yrs+ of experience in Field Services
  • Ability to travel within assigned region
  • Have significant experience in the industry and the vibration technology
  • Provide successful customer service mindset
  • Provide working knowledge of contract terms and conditions
