Staff Accountant, EOR, REMOTE

Our client a modern back office platform and employer of record for staffing firms is hiring for a fully remote Staff Accountant.

Our client is a Y Combinator-funded back office platform for staffing companies. They give staffing firms the freedom to focus on their clients and candidates by providing a fantastic suite of back-office services - contractor onboarding, timesheets, payroll, invoicing, funding, and employer of record - all through a beautiful, white-label, all-in-one platform.

They are seeking a highly capable Accountant to help support our continued growth. The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and working with our external accounting partners.

Responsibilities

• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Prepare tax documents
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Manage AR/AP
• Manage Payroll
• Manage budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Strong Experience with QBO, Netsuite, or similar
