  • Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise.

Salary: $85,000-$100,000*

Position Overview

Coronis Health LLC is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Client Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience and providing ongoing support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency with CRM software, analytics tools, and a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment. This position requires 2-3 years of customer support experience, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with CRM systems, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding and Account Maintenance:
    • Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company standards.
    • Communicate with internal Client Service and Relationship Managers to acquire necessary client documentation for account opening and maintenance.
    • Utilize CRM software to manage and track client interactions and onboarding processes.
    • Collaborate with leadership and clients to identify staffing needs for new accounts.
    • Assist with onboarding and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate customer data and reports.
  • Client Support and Relationship Management:
    • Provide ongoing support to clients post-onboarding, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Successfully manage and grow client relationships by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Operations, and Sales to improve the onboarding and support experience.
    • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to address any client needs or concerns.
    • Work closely with the global operations team to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple geographies.
    • Engage with major stakeholders through exceptional communication and presentation skills, providing insights and updates as needed.

  • Process Improvement and Analytics:
  • Develop and manage process and performance metrics to drive business priorities, guide team strategy, and measure process efficiencies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to summarize and communicate insights from data analysis, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Lead projects to create and improve reporting content and/or advance strategic business goals using data visualization tools.
  • Troubleshoot any reporting or operational process errors, proposing and implementing solutions promptly.
  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for clients and partners.
  • Extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management.

Qualifications

Knowledge of subject matter:

  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools.
  • Experience developing complex data visualizations technologies.
  • Experience with cleaning, aggregating, and pre-processing data from various sources.
  • Highlights overseeing client account opening, developing process metrics, and conducting data analysis and reporting.
