Head of Amazon

Blissy, the fastest growing Beauty and Sleep Wellness brand in the industry is looking to hire a Head of Amazon to lead our Amazon sales and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing our Amazon store, optimizing listing, and ensuring a seamless and successful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon sales, marketing and ranking strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee all aspects of Blissy's Amazon presence, including product listing, inventory management and customer service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity on Amazon to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and advertising strategies on the Amazon platform.
• Manage relationships with Amazon account managers and external partners to optimize our store's performance.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies/regulations and stay updated on changes in the platform's marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in similar role managing sales for a retail or e-commerce business.
• Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace, algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in Amazon analytics tools and e-commerce technologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
