Salary/Pay Range: $21.53/hr-$27.83/hr, plus bonus eligibility
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, etc.

Your Day Will Be Very Busy… You Will
- Applies and removes cast/splints appropriately.
- Applies and removes skin/skeletal and manual traction.
- Measures and fits bracing or other durable medical equipment.
- Confirms patient charts are complete and accurate, to include patient demographics, orders, charges, clinical documentation etc. to ensure accurate billing.
- Maintains inventory for assigned facility locations.
- Develops and maintains effective professional working relationships with our business partners and patients.
- Domestic travel up to 20%.

What Your Background Will Be
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Orthopaedic Technologist Certification required. Preferred Certification is the National Board of Certified Orthopaedic Technologists (NBCOT), or equivalent training from Military Training Program.
- Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook and Word capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
