The Training Specialist position will be part of the Sales Force Development Team at Leavitt Group Enterprises. The position will report directly to the Sales Enablement Director. The primary function of this role will be to develop and execute our new Sales Hub Outreach Training program. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and a strong in-person communicator who has experience training small groups and one-on-one. This role will require travel across the United States to our various agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on-site training program.
  • From the existing program outline, fully develop a training program that takes 6-8 weeks to onboard an agency.
  • Develop training content for on-site training.
  • Keep documentation to track agency through the training process.
  • Identify power-users
  • Learn our sales process inside and out.
  • Possess a deep knowledge of our CRM’s functions and relationships with other platforms.
  • Learn the insurance side of CRM functionality to better understand users' needs.
  • Clearly deliver technical training with a positive, engaging demeanor
  • Be comfortable providing both 1:1 and group trainings on-site at insurance agencies.
  • Customize training depending on agency need/location/size etc.
  • Understand and overcome pain-points and typical objections.
  • Continually develop positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Facilitate pre and post training calls with co-owners (agency owners).
  • Engage with both co-owners and producers and develop relationships with power-users.
  • Identify unmet needs and report to the internal team for changes or features.
  • Travel
  • Travel to agencies to perform on-site trainings 1-2 times per month.
  • Spend 2-3 days traveling at a time.
  • Travel to agencies through the United States (no international travel)

Skills and Knowledge:

  • 1:1 and group technology training or technology sales experience highly desired
  • Previous training program development and/or document development experience
  • Must be an effective communicator and relationship builder.
  • An excellent listener
  • Ability to communicate multi-step processes in a clear manner.
  • Must be professional and personable on-site.
  • Able to win support from users and overcome objections.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • CRM knowledge, and Power BI experience desirable, but not required.
  • Should be comfortable using Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Must genuinely enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working directly with end-users.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a remote position (Mountain Standard Time)
  • Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
  • Must have a quiet work environment during business hours.
  • This position requires significant travel.
  • Traveling within the United States up to 2 weeks per month
