Pay Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually

Position Overview: Velociti is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to support its growing leadership in the space of full product life cycle management of cutting-edge technology solutions & Value-added reselling (VAR) of hardware solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Full product life cycle management & GTM strategy for Velociti & Strategic Partnership solutions
  • Work with teams to validate product ideas, gather information, market research and analysis, and evaluate opportunities.
  • Align with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other internal and partner teams to support new and ongoing initiatives around owned products.
  • Lead the product roadmap strategy and manage and own the entire Product life-cycle management process.
  • Create clear product documentation & training plans to onboard sales reps on new products and service offerings.
  • Research and form strategic partnerships with cutting edge technology solutions to be included in the Velociti Product portfolio.
  • Launch a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Program
  • Establishing and managing relationships with Hardware Providers in segments such as Fleet Telematics and Wireless Network gear, and other strategic partners over time to put MSA and Reseller partnership agreements into place.
  • Own the Deal registration creation process as well as all aspects of partner Onboarding, partner enablement and business planning.
  • Build a GTM strategy and plan to support sellers with reselling/bundling hardware into quotes.
  • Work with marketing to create sales slicks, collateral, 1 pager’s, website updates and other activities.
  • Assist Sellers in the sales cycle of closing deals that include the reselling/bundling of hardware.
  • Create and maintain cost sheets, deal sheets, MSA Language and other materials as it relates to new products & services.
  • Use our CRM platform to track sales leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for new products.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue of new products.


Requirements to Apply:

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience leading the GTM strategy of a new product from inception to maturity.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience leading strategic relationships as a VAR for hardware products, preferably in network gear or telematics.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
  • Familiarity with the technologies in the fleet and facility sector, preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in delivering updates to C-Level management team on product roadmap discussions, leading product management teams, pipeline, and forecasting data.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the aptitude to develop strong working relationships.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
