Vice President Operations

The Vice President of Operations will play a crucial role in supporting a multi-location, nationwide network of plastic surgery and Medspa operations. This position will be responsible for overseeing center operations, best practice sharing and implementation, supply chain management, vendor relationships, mergers and acquisitions, real estate planning, sales team collaboration, business strategy development, network growth, and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic surgery, surgery operations, or multi-location healthcare, possess a four-year degree, and demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage center operations for multiple locations

- Facilitate the sharing and implementation of best practices across the network

- Manage the supply chain throughout the network, working closely with key vendors and partners

- Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including real estate planning

- Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives

- Develop and implement key systems and infrastructure to support network expansion

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Travel up to 50% of the time, depending on business needs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required

- 10+ years of experience in plastic surgery, surgery operations, or multi-location healthcare

- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking capabilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Willingness to relocate to or live in Denver, Colorado

Compensation

The Vice President of Operations position offers a competitive salary range between $200,000 and $275,000 with bonus potential. In addition to monetary compensation, the role provides an opportunity for career advancement and professional development within a rapidly expanding nationwide network.
