Application Support Analyst - System Support

• 5 years in Application Support - Supporting multiple applications
• W2 - Permanent, Direct Hire Position
• $80-$100k range

Job Details/Project Details:

• Providing Application Support for the multiple products / internal applications
• This can include Mobile devices, Tablets, Running and updating the apps, training users, and working with local IT
• Learn all the internal custom apps and become a SME
• Will work with all systems and switch gears throughout the day
• Will interface with vendors when the team cannot resolve work internally

Must Have Requirements:

• 5+ years of application support
• Adaptable, experience supporting multiple applications
• Must be able to adapt and learn custom apps
• Travel up to 20%

Preferences:

• Exposure or knowledge of working with the Development team tech stack a plus (SQL Server, C#, SAP) but not required
