Job Description

Position Overview

The Finance Manager will support the Regional Director of Finance and Business Development, working closely with other management teams and business partners to identify opportunities to increase market share in Latin America.

Key Accountabilities

Supporting the Region’s Finance function:

  • Support country heads of Finance in ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, planning and analysis.
  • Monitor monthly and in case of variances, review with local Finance to identify issues/opportunities. Organize regular and efficient feedback to regional management of financial performance.


Regional best practice:

  • Support Regional management to ensure internal control procedures are respected in practice throughout the countries of the Region.


Business Development:

  • A strong focus on maintaining relationships both internally and externally. Identify business opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships to improve the business, for both the internal and external commercial network. Identify potential partnerships and opportunities to enhance presence and develop new markets.
  • Work closely with regional management to improve operations planning and overall efficiency. Propose recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  • Be part of cross-functional teams within the to increase the brands’ visibility and reputation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in the Accounting and Finance field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge in FP&A.
  • This candidate will also be highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, adapts easily to change, have a commitment to excellence and innovation and an appreciation of style and design.
  • Ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders
  • The individual must demonstrate a great team spirit and will contribute to a collaborative climate.
  • Proven organizational abilities that enables the person to establish and achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to manage and coach subordinates.
  • Ability to multi-task is critical
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience working within or cultural working knowledge of Latin America
  • Foreign language skills: English and Spanish fluency mandatory.


The hiring range for this position ranges from $101,100 – 151, 200. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
