Video post producer

Gloss is seeking a video post producer that thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in VFX post production.

The job involves handling the post production process from start to finish. Our ideal candidate would be a highly organized and independent individual who is skilled in creative project management.

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects at once under the Executive Producer's supervision

- Interpret client briefs in order to build timelines and estimates along with EP

- Supervise team of editors, colorists, and retouchers and assist in internal reviews/QC

- Assist with uploading and pulling files

- Ensure all work is completed within budget and schedule

- Assist team members with other office and company duties as they come up

Skills

- College Graduate in Business, Art, Design or related field

- Experienced in Premiere and/or Davinci Resolve with working knowledge of the entire Creative Cloud Suite

- Very strong communicator – both verbal and written

- Detail oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure

- Ability to multi task and problem solve

- Assertive with a can do attitude

- Good eye for color and understanding of the fashion and art world

- At least 2-3 years of managing all aspects of post production projects from scheduling to budgets and client interaction.

- Strong understanding of utilizing frame.io for posting reviews and project deliveries.

- Preferred knowledge of Excel and project management tools like Monday.com, Shotgrid, etc.
