Middle Office Operations Analyst

About the company:

Our client, a highly regarded Financial Services firm located in Midtown NYC, is looking for a Middle Office Professional to join their team! This position will start remote, and transition into the office when applicable. The position will sit on their Middle Office team and work hands on with Senior Management when it comes to trade and cash reconciliations, management of custodian relationships, and the resolution of trade breaks!

Responsibilities of Middle Office Analyst:

• Onboarding new trading into existing technology and platforms.
• Reconciling daily position, cash and PnL breaks, coordinating with both internal and external parties.
• Researching & processing applicable Corporate Actions.
• Maintaining and updating the commission structures across all markets
• Responsible for daily portfolio valuation processes and engages in exception processing for breaks

Qualifications of Middle Office Analyst:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics, or business related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• At least 4+ yrs in a prior Middle Office position supporting the Derivative's desk

• Hourly: $40-$50, Annualized Equivalent: 80k-100k
