Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Compensation: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour

• I am a proud graduate of Rollins College, Winter Park, FL.
• We currently have 9 team members at our agency.
• We have Almost 100 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
