Position Overview

As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Director, Corporate Sales.

The Director, Corporate Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing our company as a preferred provider of learning solutions for corporations. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the corporate upskilling landscape and demonstrate expertise in consultative selling to enterprise clients.

Strategic

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration within the corporate sector for the Bisk Amplified portfolio.
  • Identify key market segments and develop tailored sales approaches to effectively address the unique needs of corporate clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at prospective client organizations, understanding their business objectives and positioning our solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Collaborate closely with the Bisk marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities that generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge for the Bisk Amplified portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed performance goals.
  • Represent Bisk and/or Bisk Amplified at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and foster strategic partnerships.


Tactical

  • Foster relationships with current Bisk Amplified Network Partners and Channel Partners.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of new business leads.
  • Develop proposals for work detailing Bisk services and Bisk value proposition for partnership.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold Bisk’s core values and commitment to excellence in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Other duties, as assigned.


Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales roles, with at least 5 years of experience in eLearning or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of corporate training and development practices, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce preferred), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
