Faith Promise is looking for a full-time Lead Filmmaker who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World. This role will report to the Pastor of Communications and Marketing. This position at Faith Promise uses visual story telling through social, weekend film, and outside marketing. The fillmmaker & editor works alongside the other storytellers and the creative staff to support central ministries, creative and marketing team, and the weekend services with visual media.

Storyboarding, planning, producing, and shooting:

Long form stories and testimonies
App content
Creative pieces for large scale church events
Podcasts
Editing tasks for weekend content and large events
Editing long form stories and testimony videos
Build, train, & develop volunteers for film shoots
Enter purchases & manage films budget
Manage contractors
Schedule team and volunteers for filming Tier 1 and 2 events
Film/Edit Sermon Series Content as it is assigned [graphic, bumpers, promos, countdowns]
Film/Edit Testimonies, interviews, stories
Make sure videos deadlines are met
Partner with other ministries when video requests are made from conceptualization, to filming to editing
Benefits And Compensation
This position is a full-time, non-exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. Benefit offerings include Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account, 403b Retirement, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage. Employees also accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience.
Basic Qualifications
Demo Reel is mandatory to be considered
Creative & innovative thinker – ability to conceptualize a film that communicates a clear message
Desire to constantly learn and improve
Great time management and strong sense of urgency to hit deadlines
Self-Led and Motivated
Must be willing to become a Core Member of Faith Promise Church within one year of hire
Must be willing to complete WIN Leadership College within one year of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with field gear and systems
Copywriting and screenwriting experience encouraged
2+ years with Adobe Creative Suite
2+ years with Mac OS X
