Overview

Responsible for delivering sales driving strategies and tactics within specific departments that will ensure the in-store success of sales, service, and the athlete experience. This role is the key field representative at the CSC and includes working with CSC and field stakeholders to develop strategies that will enhance the overall sales and in store execution at store level.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creates key sales driving initiatives to support peak seasons (Playbooks, Key Moment Selling Guides, Universities). Develop strategies for the Field Sales & Service team to deliver ahead of peak seasons.
  • Represents Sales and Operational Planning within specific business units. Includes identifying, developing, and communicating Strategic Initiatives, Major Events, Marketing, Operational projects as well as store services.
  • Represents specific business units within Sales and Operational Planning. Delivers regular and ad-hoc business analysis and insight to Store Operations leadership team. Serves as key SSC Operations contact for the field (executive to store level) within assigned business units.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of hindsight strategy meetings within the business units to review key businesses at the end of each season. Create recaps of meetings and follow through with business units on all actionable items identified from the meetings
  • Reviews all training programs within the business units. Works closely with the training department in developing training agendas and focus items. Works closely with the business units in developing and planning vendor training to support merchandise initiatives within the store.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Business or other relevant discipline
  • 5-7 years experience Retail Merchandising, Customer Relations
