Sales Operations Director

Avie.ai is looking for a Sales Operations Director who will lead our sales strategy, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales operations and leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize sales performance
  • Analyze sales data and generate insights to inform decision-making and improve sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales goals with overall company objectives
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain sales compensation plans and incentive programs
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular sales training and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales processes
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving results
  • Willingness to travel as needed
