We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Audio Producer who will help craft the sound of our weekly radio shows and podcasts for our financial advisors.
We want someone who knows how to create compelling audio and put out strong work on tight deadlines. They have sound editorial judgment, take pride in their work, and have a high attention to detail. They have a problem-solving attitude and an excitement for innovation. The ideal candidate has a background in audio production and/or daily show production.

What You’ll Do
Records, edits and produces long-form “infotainment” radio shows and podcasts, complete with music and production effects
Delivers the final long-form radio show product to the appropriate radio stations on or before deadline
Works collaboratively with the host and advisors on all aspects of production
Assembles radio equipment for advisors and assists advisors through the radio onboarding phase
Works with various software programs as well as internal and external staff and/or advisors and their staff, to setup remote studios, assist with show recordings and other similar duties
Helps edit and produce short-form commercial programming as needed
Exercises autonomy to make basic decisions to handle non-routine concerns
Identifies ways to improve workflow, turnaround times for various projects, and the team’s productivity

Bonus Points
2 or more years’ experience working in the broadcast or recording industry
Proficient in Adobe products, including strong knowledge of recording equipment
