Private Equity Vice President

Blacklock Financial are partnered with a strong, consumer focused, private equity firm who are looking for a Vice President to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• :Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market analysis and networking
• .Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, industry research, and competitive analysis
• .Develop and present detailed investment proposals to the Investment Committee
• .Oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions
• .Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational advisors to ensure seamless deal execution
• .Establish and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams
• .Monitor and enhance the performance of portfolio companies
• .Work closely with management teams to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and value creation
• .Prepare and present performance updates to internal stakeholders and investors
• .Mentor and develop junior investment professionals, providing guidance on deal processes and career development
• .Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team

Qualification

• s:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferre
• d.5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related secto
• r.Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity transaction
• s.Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• s.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationship
• s.Proven leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior team member
• s.In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape
