What impact will you make?
As (Senior) Manager SAP EAM you fulfil an essential role within S/4 business transformations for asset intensive organizations. You translate asset and maintenance management objectives into concrete business needs for our customers, meeting IT requirements using SAP S/4HANA as the latest technology platform. You lead a team of professionals and are involved in various (international) SAP projects. With all your expertise, you've got a crystal-clear vision on how to take asset and maintenance management processes within the industry to a whole new level. You're like a wise guru, sharing wisdom from your previous SAP experiences.
How do you do this?
conducting feasibility studies and business case development for S/4Hana business transformations;
providing substantive advice on commercial projects in the role of subject matter expert;
leading a project team during implementations and proactively managing project milestones and deliverables;
mapping business processes, including the impact on the processes, the organization and the IT landscape, with the aim of defining the future situation (to-be);
implementing process improvements and SAP Best Practice solutions using the chosen project approach;
coaching and training consultants, focusing on their ambitions and personal growth.
As (Senior) Manager SAP EAM, you are the trusted advisor for business and IT. You are innovative and creative and you effortlessly turn market knowledge into solutions and brilliant propositions. You're also an essential part of the team responsible for taking our SAP EAM Centre of Excellence to the next level.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Manager SAP EAM:
a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar studies;
at least 8-10 years of relevant work experience within complex SAP business transformations and experience leading teams and project groups;
extensive experience implementing SAP EAM solutions and relevant work experience within the Energy, Oil&Gas, Chemicals or Utilities Industry;
at least 5 fully completed implementations from exploration to implementation phase.
