CereCore is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Panama City, FL. The Desktop Support Technician reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. This person will be responsible for upgrading the memory on PC's across 5 main hospitals as well as free standing emergency rooms across the Gulf Coast region. Each hospital has anywhere from 200-700 beds. This role requires travel to facilities that can be as far as 2 hours away. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

  • The Technical Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
  • Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Requirements

  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and/or 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
