This will be someone who has worked on/knows HR systems withim multiple ERP ssystems along with below highlighted skills.

Target Profile/sub Requirements

Workday experience with understanding of HR systems (things like pay roll, TA, onboarding/offboarding)

Data integration patterns and event-driven architecture

Cloud/microservices

They do use Azure, MongoDB, Kafka but not a must have to utilize these

Experience with diverse ecosystems with a mix like: Salesforce, Azure, SaaS platforms

This person need to be technical enough for code reviews, discovery and digging in!

This person need to come out of healthcare because there is an EMR system involved (Greenway)

Need To Have

Role based authentication and access control are super important for experience.

Technical with developers for discovery and code reviews

Role Description

The delivery of Enterprise Architecture services includes;

Supporting the evolution and execution of business strategies and evolution of capabilities

Guiding product and project teams with holistic architecture solutions to enable the design, development and delivery of technology

Analyzing the technology portfolio to enable the creation of technology strategies and investment plans

Core Responsibilities

Partner with business and product teams to become a trusted partner and advisor with expertise in the related business capabilities and outcomes to create target state architectures

Guide the development of technology solutions across a diverse technology ecosystem of applications, platforms and vendors using Business, Conceptual and Solution Architecture approaches with attention to data and integration design

Enable innovation through analysis of market trends and emerging technologies to identify and manage risks and opportunities and guide investment decisions

Facilitate business and IT alignment, connecting strategy to execution, driving the organization’s goals of business growth, patient experience and clinical operations

Develop, socialize and govern the evolution of standards, reference architectures, patterns, and principals

Lead analysis of the technology landscape environment to identify gaps, technical debt and recommend solutions for improvement which optimize cost, improve operations and solution sustainability

Manage, mentor, and provide architectural guidance across the organization by communicating the value of Enterprise Architecture, service offering and instill architectural and design thinking approaches

Create and evolve architecture practices, services and operating model

Collaborate with the portfolio management team to improve and manage the intake and analysis process (including design and estimation) as well as to improve the Product and IT operating model

What We're Looking For

A hands-on technologist with deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture, solution design, integration design, new product assessments and new technology assessments

Ability to work effectively as an organizer and influencer to drive effective decision making across multiple technology and business functional units while delivering in a fast paced iterative environment

Track record of executing technical and market analysis alongside consuming business objectives and requirements to produce insights, recommendations and actionable strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills using strong visualization and storytelling techniques to achieve buy-in and express complex concepts

Strong understanding of current technology frameworks, architecture, design principles and best practices including microservices and DevOps

Knowledge of a diverse ecosystem of technology platforms including Azure and Salesforce, Data Warehousing and Analytics alongside SaaS and Vendor solutions

Strong experience in data integration patterns and solutions including APIs, event-driven architecture as well as ETL across different types of applications, SaaS solutions and vendors

Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, related graphical models, and frameworks

Minimum 6 years experience in roles creating architecture and strategy, performing business analysis or experience as an enterprise architect

Minimum 6 years of architecture or software delivery experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware

Masters or Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, a related field of study, or equivalent work experience

Nice to have: Healthcare experience with EMR solutions, Population Health, Clinic and Primary care solutions
