Job Description

TES Staffing, a local, privately owned Staffing and Human Resources company is actively looking for a Talent Acquisition person to join our team.

This role will expressly support our education clients, ranging from a large urban school district to charter school and suburban districts within Monroe County. We believe deeply in supporting our community and matching amazing people with career opportunities. Some of the positions you will be recruiting for include:

• Teachers
• Teaching Assistants and Aides
• Classroom Aides
• Clerical Support Staff
• Lunchroom Aides

Details:

• Hours: During Training: Monday – Friday 8a-5p. After training, Monday-Friday 6a-3p during the school year. Summer months working hours are 7a-4p
• Compensation: We pay a base salary (weekly) with a commission (monthly) for any successful hiring placements
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, 401k, Profit Sharing, Holidays + PTO.
  
  

We also offer a very flexible work environment that allows for dogs to be in office, lots of food, elasticity and understanding to outside of work commitments, with a family first approach.
