Curriculum Development: Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans by leveraging a variety of educational resources.
Instructional Planning: Thoughtfully design lessons across various subjects and tailor teaching strategies to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
Interactive Teaching: Utilize a blend of instructional techniques to foster a dynamic learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
Technology Integration: Incorporate digital tools such as Google Classroom and student management software to enhance the learning experience.
Expectation Setting: Establish high standards for student behavior and academic performance while fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.
Communication: Maintain open communication channels with management to provide updates on classroom activities and student progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with students ranging from PreK to 6th grade.
Preferred: At least 1 year of online teaching experience.
Availability to teach during early mornings (4-5am EST & 5-6am EDT) on weekdays.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $40.00 per hour.
