The Community Association Assistant provides support to the HOA Manager and Land Development teams by coordinating with internal departments and external agencies, performing administrative tasks essential for the development and management of community associations.

How You Will Contribute:
The Community Association Assistant provides support to the HOA Manager and Land Development teams by coordinating with internal departments and external agencies, performing administrative tasks essential for the development and management of community associations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Community Association Coordination and Communication - Oversees the day-to-day needs of community associations. Gathers info for potential communities, liaises with management, coordinates turnover, communicates association details.
- Meetings and Presentations – attends relevant HOA meetings and trainings, records minutes, approves designs, addresses rule violations, travels locally for reviews and management meetings.
- Administrative Duties – Performs administrative duties unrelated to HOA responsibilities. Secures ARC approval, maintains an active notary license, handles plat communication, manages invoices, contributes to company projects, and supports department goals.

What You Can Offer:
- Education
- HS diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Specialized knowledge
- Understanding of Homeowner’s Associations and CC&Rs preferred.
- Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in PDF editor (Adobe, Bluebeam or equivalent) preferred.
- Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret preliminary and final plats.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret HOA documents and title reports.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences
- Professional Certification – Licensed Notary preferred.
