所有的新圖片集提名頁面都應按照括號內的格式（Commons:Featured picture candidates/Set/My nomination）進行。

注意調校你的熒光屏

光暗度

在討論影象的光暗度的時候，投票者有必要知道他們的螢幕顯示有否被適當地調整。不同的螢幕顯示，它們顯示陰影細節的能力亦大有不同。旁邊為一幅畫了四個暗灰色的圓圈的圖片。如果您能辨明其中三個（甚至四個）圈子，那表示你的的螢幕可以正確地顯示陰影細節。如果你只能夠看到三個以下的圈子，你可能需要調整你的螢幕以及/或者電腦顯示設定。一些顯示裝置可能無法被調整至觀察陰影細節的最理想度數，故此請在投票的時候考慮這點。如果可行的話，也可以考慮把它打印出來。

色彩度

在伽瑪調整的螢幕顯示上從幾尺之外觀看右圖，圖中四個不同顏色的圈子會自然混入背景之中。如果他們完全跟背景混合，你則須要調校你的伽瑪設定（在電腦的輸出設定上，而不在於螢幕顯示），直到它們能彼此融合。調校的過程也許會非常困難，然而輕微的偏差並不是致命傷。未能更正的個人電腦顯示通常會顯示出比背景深色的圈子。請注意，在液晶顯示（無論膝上電腦或者平面螢幕）上觀看圖片，你的觀看角度有很大可能影響螢幕上的影象質素。如有需要，請點選影象以獲得更多技術資訊。

Comment Just some info about this place. Fårö is known worldwide for its stark, desolate and minimalist limestone beaches. This photo captures that perfectly with the simple fishing huts and one lone person. This is where Ingmar Bergman lived and made many of his films. He came to the island when he was scouting for locations, fell in love with the place and stayed the rest of his life. Comment The problem of this picture is not the subject. Visit the top prizes of photojournalist competitions in famous newspapers and you will find many striking images of this kind. Also in wildlife. COM:FPC is not a care bears platform, and fortunately we have already promoted several FPs of bombings (example) in the past. Note that the direction is to the south, the sun is shining out of the top left corner. At high altitude, lighting tends to be harsh owing to the clear air. @Charlesjsharp: An FP is one "of the finest on Commons". The violet-backed starling is common throughout Africa. Your FP of the strikingly-coloured male has set a high bar. An unexceptional image of a drab female does not cross the bar IMO. Fair enough, I agree the setting is not exceptional. Perhaps the FP bar should be raised; as long as there is consensus. We are promoting dozens of unexeptional small brown birds standing on brown earth or sand these days. I have applied a slight crop to the right bottom corner, so that what I believe is a feather star (black thing), is not on the way. Even if that could be an improvement, I don't see what is wrong with the crop, morays live in holes and rarely go out during the day as they are nocturnal predators. I also have to say that this animal is rare, and probably that's the reason why we have no FPs of the whole genus. That conditions to take pictures under water are more challenging than over the water is something that I don't need to elaborate, I guess. --Poco a poco (talk) 10:31, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Support The whole moray would be be too big to fit in the image, so I will assume the author meant to only picture its head. The crop is fine. The black thing is ~~mildly~~ not distracting. I have little doubt after reading the same words I used "Infortunate (sic) crop" in my review. That's an statement that doesn't speak for the reviewer. Again, we have no FP of the genus Echidna, but we have already 4 FPs of the species (not genus) Himantopus himantopus. I've definitely supported more images that I've opposed of El Golli Mohamed, so I have no personal issue here and no problem with the photographer, let alone free-license photographers. If I'm convinced, I support the image if not, I oppose, that has nothing to do with whom is behind the camera and in most of the cases people believe that and are thankful for the feedback. Info This artwork was made by Giacomo Raibolini, aka Giacomo Francia. He was the son of the more famous artist Francesco Francia, well known as a goldsmith and painter and a close friend of Raphael. This is an author belonging to the mannerism of the late Italian Renaissance. The exact date of the painting is not known, but it can be attributed between 1520 and 1540, when it was influenced by the painter Dosso Dossi, another mannerist tending towards the Venetian Renaissance. This picture is important because shows a Mannerism offspring from the Italian Renaissance. It is worth noting the resemblance of the Saint Sebastian depicted with his [father] to whom he was extremely devoted. The artwork was imported from Google Arts and Culture stitching 7880 tiles.
