Other color photos showing destroyed German bomber He-111 near the Bartoszewicza Street, Polish soldiers fighting during the Second World War, fleeing civilians and the Old Town. More color photographs, one Kodachrome roll survived in the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington. Polish Defensive War of 1939 lasted from 1 September to 6 October 1939.
Polski: Polski żołnierz trzyma fragment zestrzelonego niemieckiego samolotu bombowego He-111 na terenie Elektrowni Miejskiej na Powiślu. Samolot atakował cywilów na terenie Warszawy, spadł na skarpę pomiędzy ul. Bartoszewicza i Dynasy, a następnie został przetransportowany do elektrowni. Po lewej stronie widoczny jest amerykański dziennikarz Julien Bryan, który powiedział, że podczas jego wizyty polska artyleria przeciwlotnicza zestrzeliła około 50 niemieckich samolotów. Warszawa, dnia 11 września 1939 r. Ta fotografia nie została pokolorowana. Inne kolorowe zdjęcia autora przedstawiają m.in. niemiecki bombowiec He-111 zestrzelony przez Wojsko Polskie na ul.
