Happy Grandmother

I was so lucky to get my first grandchild this morning, 

a beautiful baby girl! 

Here are some of the things I have made for her:

A girl needs something pink, and I bought the pattern for this "Boxy Pouch" designed by Geta Grama as a PDF-file, you can find her blog here. 

I recommend the pattern, it was easy to follow.

I enjoyed knitting this dress by Dalegarn, Strikkedesign til Baby NR 218.

The present is ready. 

Now I just need to buy a card, and give it to my granddaughter :)

Travel kit

Ready for take off... 

My travel kit is completed!

• big toilet bag called "Paris", design: Bente Malm
• cosmetic bag, design: Elin Roland
• two small purses for my lipstic, jewellery and accessories

It was snowing when I woke up today. It looks white and lovely, but I'm longing for spring...

Bag and purse

I love making bags, and it was really fun sewing this one. 

I've also made a matching purse.

The front.

The back.

Here I've turned the bag inside out.

The purse, made of black chamois leather (suede), as the black fabric in the bag.

The bag pattern is called "Norma Jeane" and is from the Norwegian magazine myQuilt Nr. 01/2014.
