No Longer Free Software
editOTRS has only been free Software until Version 6.0 (see tags and branches of repository). According to their SECURITY.md, Version 6.x contains known vulnerabilities and is no longer supported. --BlauerBaum (talk) 15:49, 19 January 2021 (UTC)
