Severe Thunderstorms from the Deep South to the Mid-Atlantic; Flash Flooding in the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest

Clusters of severe thunderstorms are possible along an axis from eastern Kansas into the Lower Mississippi Valley extending across the southeast states into the Mid Atlantic region. Flash flooding is possible in the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest. Dangerous heat persists in the Southern Plains and the central Gulf Coast.
