In the thirty-sixth in a series on American presidents scholars and historians talked the life and career of Richard Nixon. Among the issues they discussed were his family life, his early political career, his foreign policy, and the Watergate scandal and his subsequent resignation. During the program video footage, still photographs and artifacts relating to the Nixon presidency were shown. A librarian was interviewed over the telephone and guests responded to viewer comments and questions.
