1. Why is shopping with coupons better?
Just because you’re shopping online doesn’t mean you can’t use a coupon as you would in-store. These days, most stores reward their web shoppers with codes to save on every purchase. In fact, it would be a crime to not check for an online coupon code before payment!
2. Why use Business Insider to save?

3. Why are there coupons without codes?
We offer you various ways to save here at Business Insider. Sometimes, a deal may give you a better saving than a coupon code. For example, a site-wide 70% off will provide you with a better price than a 10% off code. By having both codes and deals on our site, we place the choice to save in your hands.
4. For how long is a coupon valid?
If a coupon is due to expire in 3 days, this will appear on the coupon itself. Most codes are valid for a short period, whereas deals last for up to a month. A store may also extend or invalidate a promo code without prior notice. Further information about validity can be found by clicking on “terms.” Find this on the coupon itself. “Terms” are only an available for select coupons.
5. Can I continue to use a coupon after its expired?
In most cases, you cannot use a coupon after it’s expiration date. Exclusions may apply to certain stores which have a 1-day grace period. To find out which stores allow this, read the information provided on the store’s page. In any case, there’s no harm in trying to apply a promo code. You may still be able to save using it!
6. Can I use a coupon code more than once?
Yes, most of the coupons on our site can be used more than once. The exception to this is if a coupon is labeled as "unique code."
7. Why didn’t my coupon work?
There can be many reasons why a coupon doesn’t work. Sometimes, your basket may not meet the coupon conditions. Double check your order. If the code still doesn’t work, it may be expired. Most stores have the authority to disable a coupon without notice. As hard as we try to supply you with working codes and remove all non-working ones, some slip through the cracks. We aim to be on top of this. So, if a coupon doesn’t work, let us know using our contact form, and we will look into it.
8. How can I find coupons for a particular store?
Just type in the store’s name in the search bar at the top right-hand corner of our page. Once you start typing, our autocomplete feature will make the store pop up in the search bar.
9. How do I “ Rate this page”?
If you found an awesome coupon or deal on one of our shops' pages, make sure to leave a good rating. This helps other shoppers find the page and save too. All you have to do is click the stars at the top right of the page.
10. Why look for “Top Coupons”?
Our “Top Coupons” can be found on the coupons homepage. Here you can find the coupons which give the highest savings used on our site over the past 24-hours. You can find the biggest sales each day by checking out “Top Coupons.” Or, check our “Top 20” codes for inspiration.
11. Can I submit a coupon?
Yes, you can! Just head to the shop’s page and scroll to the bottom. On the right side, you’ll see “Submit a coupon.” Hit the share button and be on your way towards becoming a good Samaritan.
