A fire on Thursday morning leveled the Red Shedman brewery on the grounds of Linganore Winecellars near Mount Airy. Melissa Aellen, director of winery operations at Linganore Winecellars, said a caretaker heard an explosion around 3:30 a.m. and saw that a structure was on fire.
