As a Management and Program Analyst within the Office of the Deputy Administrator for Management and Budget, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Designing and conducting comprehensive management studies for project teams, where the boundaries of the studies are extremely broad and difficult to determine in advance.
- Providing high level of expertise and support to senior management on strategic initiatives.
- Performing analysis and review of work products in the area of strategic planning, policy analysis and review, research and analysis, and performance measurement.
- Providing expert analysis and evaluation of work processes and policies, management practices and work operations taking into full consideration complex legislative, programmatic and management issues and problems.
- Reviewing and evaluating managerial policies and procedure to determine gaps where additional guidance is needed and analyzes the impact of new or proposed legislation on Agency operations.

Eligibility
Some positions are open to all U.S. citizens, while others may be open only to people who meet the criteria for special hiring authorities, such as:
- Current and former competitive service federal employees

Information for People with Disabilities
