First of all, quick delivery and decent price. I actually ordered 3 different support pillows then tried them all for a couple of days each. I am soon going to have reverse shoulder replacement surgery and have been told I would probably be sleeping in a recliner for up to 6 weeks or even longer during recovery. While I have an excellent recliner for watching TV, etc., if I am going to be sleeping in it I felt I'd need more support. This unit gave me the best support AND was the most comfortable. An excellent product and inexpensive besides.
