If you look at the ingredients the M7 K2 is the natural M7 K2 ingredients that being Trans which is not only the natural source of M7 K2 but better for you as it is absorbed by the body. 99.9% of M7 K2 ingredients sends the calcium to your bones not your arteries. Again 99.9% of M7 K2 are of the CIS type which is a synthetic version and if it doesn't specifically say Trans it is either 1/2 Trans and 1/2 Cis or entirely Cis and they don't generally like to advertise this because the synthetic Cis version is not absorbed properly and more likely to send the calcium into your arteries making you more likely to have a heart attack. Excellent and unusual healthy product!

I don't know how or when I will know if this is actually beneficial re the calcium absorbion !? Will try to monitor and hopefully update this accurately later .
