Hey when you get tired of cutting and you just put any vegetables on your fullstar compact chopper and it does it for you this is great. And I also can travel to family house to chop alway ! You can also buy it for your children so they can learn how to cook. The holidays are coming soon or is great for someone’s birthday. I know I would love this if someone gave this to me, but I bought it for myself and I’m enjoying it every day all my favorite soups ect . Thank you, Amazon . . Ox

The chopper is great for dicing onions and tomatoes. I also like making small carrot sticks for salads. The unit is easy to use and the interchangeable blades are nice. The unit is safe and I think it’s a great kitchen companion.

The ease of cleaning is so-so. Food can get stuck in the blades, so much so that even blasting the blades with the sink sprayer is not enough to dislodge them. A toothpick is useful to pop out the stuck food.

The Fullstar compact chopper with multiple blades is a real time saver in food preparation when you understand and heed the safety warnings that accompany it. Efficiently chops onions, peppers, carrots and other hard vegetables instantly with just a press of the lid when the two included medium and fine chopping blades are inserted separately in the mandoline base that sits above the clear collecting container. It can be difficult to remove the blades from the base to change them out as there is only a very small area on the end of the blades to grasp without coming in contact with the super sharp blades.

This is a partial review as these are the only two blades I've used so far. I have found the chopper to be sturdy and a very good value. I also like that all the parts fit inside the container and the compact size makes it easy to store. It's a game changer for stir fry prep.

Not the time save I had hoped for. If you want to chop multiple items ... you will most likely want to stop and wash the cutting blades and the top used for pressing each time. That is not quick (especially the top) Not likely to use this much.
