The health indicators in Kerala are at par with the western world. Kerala has better health indicators such as Crude Death Rate, Infant Mortality rate and Expectancy on of Life at Birth than most States in India. The present study focussed the spatial distribution of communicable disease in the period of 2006- 2012. In Kerala, only eleven diseases are selected for the present study on the basis of their consistent distribution and relative dominance in different periods. For the purpose the disease concentration and distribution disease ranking coefficient disease are identified and categorized based on their intensity. Primary school teachers play an important role in our educational system and this role could be played with some pressures. Pressures or stress can be advantageous to some extent but, excessive job stress can lead to negative consequences. The present investigation was undertaken to study the levels of job-satisfaction of primary school teachers. The study was conducted in Tirupati town, multi stage random sampling technique was used to select the sample. The sample comprises of 64 (32 male teachers and 32 female teachers) from private and government schools of Tirupati town. The teachers were selected according to their work experience that is below 5 years and above 5 years. Job satisfaction inventory developed by R.S. Mishra (1993) was used know the levels of job satisfaction of primary school teachers. Water scarcity is globally getting worse in the light of increase in demand for water use. Human and ecosystem health and economic development are affected by problems of water scarcity and water pollution. This article assessed the economic value of irrigation water in crop production around the Lower Moshi Irrigation Scheme in Tanzania. Specifically, the study determines and estimates economic value of paddy and maize using Residual Imputation Method while the Change in Net Income Approach was used to compute the net output values. Household questionnaires, checklist for key informants and participant observation were employed for data collection. Questionnaire survey was administered to 105 households to establish the major agricultural activities, crops, costs of production and income accrued from these activities. Data relating to household characteristics and water related economic activities were analysed using LiMDEP 12 statistical software whereby Microsoft Excel was employed to analyze data and quantify benefits accumulated from water (returns). Findings revealed that, 78.3 percent of the respondents own land and 21.7 percent of them rent the land for crop production. The net values of water for irrigated paddy and maize were estimated to Tshs 661.2 (US$ 0.413 per m3) and Tshs 329.25 (US$ 0.21 per m3) respectively. Furthermore, the results indicated that, the more profitable enterprise is irrigated paddy with a profit margin per Ha of Tshs 2,467,611, followed by maize with a profit margin per Ha of Tshs 742,450.

As individuals our success and the success of the profession today depend on our ability to read other people's signals and react appropriately to them. Therefore, each one of us must develop the mature emotional intelligence skills required to better understand, empathize and negotiate with other people — particularly the people with disability.. Keeping the same in mind, the present study is based much on literature and a brief analysis of 50 teachers in Delhi and NCR colleges and makes an attempt to study the role of emotional intelligence in effective teaching and suggest emotional quotient as a considerable predictor to make the workplace accessible.

In tall RC[reinforced concrete] building bracing system is provide for stiffness, strength and energy dissipation to resist the lateral load. The study about the different bracing system (diagonal type, V type ,inverted and k type) and arrangement of bracing system. To build the seismically safe structure with adequate lateral resistance .Bracing system is installed between column member to resist the lateral load. Bracing system is easy to installed , economical and occupies less space. The structure is analyzed for seismic zone V with different types of bracing system and compared with the bare frame with the using of ETAB software. The load condition is applied as per IS 1893 :2002. Bracing system improve the displacement capacity of the structure. The frame structure transfer the gravity load and lateral load to the foundation .Colum and beam distribute the gravity load in to the structure but there are not significant for stability of structure. They provide the different bracing system to transfer the seismic wave in to the structure .With the different method we analyses the structure. Steel bracing most used in RC structure .Steel bracing transfer the load to the frame. India is fast developing country which demand hybrid structure or building with high seismic resistance .The multistory building require safety due to earth quake and wind forces. Damage to the RC building causes seismic waves of earthquake and low strength of material used. Bracing stable the multistory building .Steel bracing mostly used in that RC structure .Mostly seen that the retrofitting of building more economical then reconstruction or rebuilding. Most of structure collapse due to seismic waves. Strengthening the structure by bracing system or retrofitting for mitigating the seismic hazard in seismic zone area.
